Honest about accuracy
This is an unsupervised online test, and it has not been standardised on a large, representative group of people. Its score is an estimate for entertainment and education, not a clinical measurement. It is a good way to try out reasoning puzzles and see roughly how you do. It is not a verdict on how clever you are. Is this IQ test accurate?
Not in the way a clinical test is. A professional IQ test is given one-to-one by a psychologist and compared with thousands of carefully chosen people. This is an unsupervised online test with 50 fixed questions, and its scoring rests on stated assumptions rather than a norming sample. It is a fair, fun check of how you handle reasoning puzzles, but treat the number as a rough estimate.
Is the result really free?
Yes. The test and the full result are free. There is no paywall, no email gate and no account. Your result appears as soon as you finish.
Are my answers stored?
No. While you take the test, your answers are kept in your own browser so a page refresh does not lose them. When you press “See my result” they are sent to the server once to be scored, then shown to you. They are not saved in a database or written to any log, and no cookie or account links them to you.
